Torquil finished 2009 filming Bonded by Blood where he plays the part of an unscrupulous Prison Warden, directed by Sacha Bennett, produced and starring Terry Stone. In 1995 drug suppliers and career criminals Tony Tucker, Patrick Tate and Craig Rolfe were blasted to death by a shot gun whilst waiting in a Range Rover in Essex. The film charts their rise to become the most prolific dealers and feared criminals in the south of England, maintaining the hold on their empire with fear and violence until their untimely death.

The feature length version of Diamond Girls, a Campbell Cloud production directed by Jean Hogg, is in pre-production where Torquil will reprise his role as Rob. The feature film Triptych, a Temple Film production, directed by Gabriel Judet-Weinshell is due to be filmed in 2010. Torquil will be playing the role of Johnny Flynn, a lawyer and 'perfect, suburban boyfriend'.
